Good stuff, gonna keep an eye on this, i made the stupid mistake of doing too many squats at some point, and forgetting the back part of my thighs
Caused my knees to sort of 'lock' when i was doing something, like squatting down recently when doing some flooring in a friends apartment, when i got up it was.. interesting to say the least.
