2 Ways to Have More Vegetables in Your Diet

One of the hardest things about raw food is not quite green, and sweet fruit. They do not have as much flavor as the sweet fruit and often require a little more to chew as well. For the "novice" raw foodist, healthy raw vegetables can taste bland, really!

To help increase the health of vegetables in your diet, here are two super simple and delicious recipes for raw materials.

# 1: Green Smoothies

The main reason people have trouble eating their vegetables is quite obvious ... It is difficult to chew 1-2 pounds of green in a single session * *! Not only can this take some time, it is really annoying in the jaw. An excellent way to fight against it is to eat / drink green smoothies. A green liquid is a liquid green fruit was added. Fairly simple, right?

The easiest way to make a green smoothie simply add your favorite fruit to your favorite liquid. If you do not have a favorite liquid, here is a simple recipe to try.

* M.P.R. Smoothie *

* 4-5 mangoes
* 3 peach half
* 10 small leaves of romaine lettuce
* 1-2 cups water

Mixture.

With all the different fruits and vegetables available, the possibilities are endless. You can even try adding herbs such as mint lightly or parsley to their smoothies. How about a strawberry-banana liquid mint? Ooooohhh, now I'm hungry. :)

# 2: raw pasta

Another reason is difficult to find people to eat their vegetables and sweet fruits that are not bored with the typical large salad. They want something new and different.

Give way to raw "pasta"! I know this sounds complicated, fat and unhealthy all around (all that I am against), but I promise you it is not.

Pulp of vegetables is only spiralized! You simply take a sweet fruit like zucchini or cucumber and run it through a spiral vegetable slicer. Then a chip "sauce" of fruits and vegetables and viola. Now you have the raw dough!

Here is a quick, easy and delicious pasta gross to begin.

* Marina-Alla gross *

* Zucchini 2 medium-large
* 1 liter of cherry tomatoes
* 1 mango
* Basil, to taste

Spiralize zucchini. Gently pulse the tomatoes and mangoes in a blender and poured over the pasta. "You can reserve a portion of diced tomatoes and mango as a garnish, if desired.

If you do not have a vegetable spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler or mandolin to gross fettuccine. "Try to cut as thin as possible so as to resemble noodles.

I bought my spiralizer for about $ 30 at amazon.com and it works fine. There are many brands and models to choose from.

You can even add fat to the pasta of your own. Make a sauce with the solicitor or guacamole type nuts sprinkled on a raw tomato sauce. Make sure that you use to remove any fat sweetened fruit on your plate.

You have! Two delicious and healthy ways to increase your consumption of vegetables.
