One of the hardest things about raw food is not quite green, and sweet fruit. They do not have as much flavor as the sweet fruit and often require a little more to chew as well. For the "novice" raw foodist, healthy raw vegetables can taste bland, really!

# 1: Green Smoothies
The main reason people have trouble eating their vegetables is quite obvious ... It is difficult to chew 1-2 pounds of green in a single session * *! Not only can this take some time, it is really annoying in the jaw. An excellent way to fight against it is to eat / drink green smoothies. A green liquid is a liquid green fruit was added. Give way to raw "pasta"! I know this sounds complicated, fat and unhealthy all around (all that I am against), but I promise you it is not.
Pulp of vegetables is only spiralized! You simply take a sweet fruit like zucchini or cucumber and run it through a spiral vegetable slicer. Then a chip "sauce" of fruits and vegetables and viola. Now you have the raw dough!
Here is a quick, easy and delicious pasta gross to begin.

* Zucchini 2 medium-large
* 1 liter of cherry tomatoes
* 1 mango
* Basil, to taste
